Pricing FAQ

Is virtual staging compliant with NWMLS and REBGV rules?
Yes. Every SeaRei package includes compliance checks against NWMLS Rule 10i and REBGV "True Picture" standards. We review every image before delivery and flag or refuse edits that could put your license at risk. We include ready-to-paste disclosure language with every project so you can market confidently without worrying about fines or managing broker calls.
What counts as a "room"?
We count any distinct space that needs staging: living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, office, etc. Bathrooms and hallways don't count unless you specifically request them staged. Open-concept spaces count as one room if they're visually connected.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Rush (same-day) is available for Listing Pack and Portfolio Partner tiers for an additional $99 per job. Portfolio Partner customers get priority queue access.
What's included in "revision rounds"?
A revision round means you can request changes to furniture, decor, lighting, or styling. We'll update the staging and send new files. Pay-As-You-Go includes 1 free revision per image; Listing Pack includes unlimited revisions within 7 days for that listing.
Can I mix packages for different listings?
Yes. Each listing can use a different package tier. You'll be charged per job based on the package you select for that specific listing. Portfolio Partner customers can set default templates across their portfolio.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Portfolio Partner customers can set up net-30 terms with approved credit. Payment is due upon delivery of final staged images.
What happens if an image doesn't pass compliance review?
If we flag a risky edit request before work starts, we'll discuss alternatives that stay within NWMLS or REBGV rules. If we discover a compliance issue during our review process, we'll fix it before delivery—you'll never receive an image that violates your board's standards. This is why we check every image before delivery, not after.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with the staging after your revision rounds, we'll refund 100% of your payment. See our Refund Policy for full details.
