Refund Policy

SEAREI stands behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your staged images after completing your revision rounds, we offer a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have completed all available revision rounds for your package tier
  • You remain unsatisfied with the final staged images
  • You request a refund within 14 days of final image delivery
  • The staging did not meet the specifications agreed upon in your order

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refunds@searei.com with your order number
  2. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • ACH Transfers: 3–5 business days
  • Checks: 7–10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Rush delivery fees (if rush service was completed)
  • Additional revision rounds beyond your package tier
  • Custom template development fees (Enterprise tier)
  • Services already used or images already published

Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of your order was unsatisfactory, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the work completed. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Disputes

If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, contact us at disputes@searei.com. We'll review your case and work to resolve the issue fairly.
